Gibson & Nowak (formerly MacAnanny & Gioia) was founded in September 2001. Partners Glynis Gibson and Jennifer Gioia Nowak have experience in a variety of areas of the law. They practice in the Delaware Supreme Court, Superior Court, Chancery Court, Court of Common Pleas, Family Court and Justice of the Peace Court. Their office is now located in historic Spruce Acres, a beautifully renovated Greek Revival Mansion, once housing Governors and believed to be part of the underground railroad.
